The aforementioned contract is governed by UAE law and is solely subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts with regard to all relevant issues. No Fly Too Fly employees or representatives may change, vary, or waive any of these terms and conditions, nor may they assume any obligation on the company's behalf, unless expressly authorized in writing and signed by the CEO of Fly Too Fly. The business retains the right to refuse any reservation at its discretion and without providing a reason.

 
ONLINE STORE TERMS

You warrant that you are at least the legal age of consent in your state or province of residence or that you have granted us permission to let any of your minor dependents to access this site by accepting these Terms of Service.

We make no guarantees as to whether any goods, services, details, or other content you buy or get will live up to your expectations, and we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of information you'll find through our services or that any mistakes will be fixed.

Although every effort will be taken to confirm your request, unless you receive our E-confirmation, your travel arrangements are not confirmed.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Any order you place with us may be rejected by us at our discretion. We have the right to restrict or discontinue sales to one individual, one household, or one order at our sole discretion. These limitations may apply to orders made using the same credit card, the same billing address, the same shipping address, or orders made by or under the same customer account. If your order is modified or cancelled, we may attempt to reach you by phone, email, and/or the billing address/phone number you provided when placing the transaction. Orders that appear to have been placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, in our sole discretion, may be restricted or prohibited.

For any purchases made at our store, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and purchase information. In order for us to complete your transactions and get in touch with you as necessary, you agree to immediately update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates.

We  reserve the right to make changes if required. Before a booking is confirmed, Fly Too Fly  reserves the right to amend the price of product due to any circumstances regarding external services not in control of Fly Too Fly but not limited to changes relating to governmental action, increase in transportation costs (including schedule airfares and the cost of fuel) changes in any dues, taxes or fees chargeable for services (including landing taxes or embarkation/disembarkation fees at airports), increase in admission fees and hotel rate adjustments/availability. Advertised prices are also subject to seasonal changes, exchange rates and may vary slightly due to following conditions. Payments can be made via bank transfers, VISA or MasterCard.

Payment

Upon booking, your credit card or debit card will be debited. The amount charged will be reimbursed back to your account if the provider rejects your reservation.

Payment deposits must be made in accordance with the specified plans that go with your specific product in order to make any bookings and receive confirmation with an E-Voucher. To guarantee proper availability and at the same advertised rates, it is strongly advised to make the necessary payment as soon as you select the preferred tours, activities, packages, or any other products offered by Fly Too Fly.

Option 1- Tours/Activities/Ground Handling Services- Online Product
30 % of the total payment in case of any tickets with immediate booking and availability is possible. Balance can be paid on pick up to the assigned Fly Too Fly Representative.
Cash on pick up if applied for, the total payment will be collected by Fly Too Fly representative upon pick up from your destination.

Option 2 - Holidays & Tour Packages Excluding Flight Tickets

50% of the specified amount of the package applied for is required to get the confirmation with the E-voucher at the time of booking. The balance payment (rest of the 50%) has to be done 7 days before the travel date.

Option 3 - Holidays & Tour Packages Including Flight Tickets

Your reservation request will be confirmed upon receiving the receipt of the full payment due at the time of booking. For Flight Ticket, full payment is required before the confirmation. For Hotel Booking, 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of confirmation, and in case the hotel is non-refundable, 100% of the hotel booking will be required before. As for ground services, 30% deposit is required before the confirmation.

Payment Online Requirements

"Fly Too Fly will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctioned countries in compliance with the law of UAE.”

“United Arab of Emirates is your company’s country of domicile”.

“We accept payments online using VISA and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (UAE Dirhams) ,EURO and USD (US Dollars).

If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment method then the details on the Customers ID (Card holders ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase”.

“In case of any disputes the law applicable would be based on the UAE Governing Law”.

 

Cancellation policy

Fly Too Fly reserves the right to cancel any confirmed booking in any circumstance, but Fly Too Fly will not cancel a Guaranteed Departure Product unless there are exceptional cases of force majeure, which are defined here as war, threat of war, riot, civil unrest, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, unfavorable weather conditions, flight cancellation, or any other external circumstances outside of Fly Too Fly's control. If Fly Too Fly must cancel or alter a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, compensation is not offered. However, if Fly Too Fly is unable to provide the booked tour, all payments made (less any insurance premiums paid) will be returned to the client or they will be given the option of an alternative date or vacation of comparable caliber.

If you decide to cancel the activity, the Fly Too Fly voucher's cancellation policy will take precedence. In order to obtain the necessary information, we urge the customer to carefully study the information on the Fly Too Fly coupon.

The following cancellation fees will be charged by the same for the relevant services if there is no cancellation policy specified on the Fly Too Fly voucher or the product page:

Up to 4 days before the beginning of the activity: full refund will be made
3 or if there is no show the day prior to the beginning of the activity; no refund will be made

Fly To Fly or the supplier can cancel the activity without adherence to the cancellation period if weather conditions, governmental actions, unforeseeable or unavoidable external circumstances endanger or make carrying out the activity impossible or substantially more difficult.

 

If you do not fulfill the eligibility requirements, put yourself or others in danger, or otherwise interfere with the proper conduct of the activity, Fly Too Fly has the right to reject admission or exclude you from any activity. The purchase price will not be returned in these circumstances.

This action is taken without regard to any potential claims for damages or other compensation, regardless of its legal justification (applies to all cancellation policies).

Other conditions

 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fly Too Fly shall not be liable for any damage, loss, accidents, illness, injury or death suffered by you or any other user in connection to agreements and/or operators of activities.

Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is recommended. All personal property is at your sole risk at all times during the activity being conducted. You must understand and accept the potential risks and dangers associated with certain activities.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are mentally and physically fit to participate in any activity. See individual product pages for additional terms or alternative arrangements.

Amendments and cancellation by clients

The consumer must give us their full, accurate names, exactly as they appear on their passport, at the time of booking. If the entire payment has been paid and/or a voucher has been issued, any alterations to the original reservation are subject to availability.

Any transaction refunds for purchases made through this website will all be issued in the same manner as the original payment method.

Customers who desire to cancel must notify Fly Too Fly in writing and include the lead passenger's signature from the reservation form. The following cancellation fees will be assessed, and the cancellation will become effective on the day Fly Too Fly receives the cancellation request.

After obtaining the booking confirmation, there is a minimal cancellation cost of:

Prior to departure

Percentage of cancellation charge on package price;

Up to 15 days:600 AED per person

7 to 2 days (48 hours): 60 % (min. 500 AED per person)

1 day: 100 %  non refundable
In case the hotel is non refunadable we will inform you before.

Refund Policy

The refund will be made within 30 working days by crediting the same card used. If the credit card payment is made before the use of the booked service is not honored or revoked, this will be considered as a booking cancellation and cancellation fees will be charged. Further claims for damages are reserved.

Air tickets and partially used services are non-refundable. Once the booking is confirmed, the lead passenger must notify the change on the booking form, incurring an additional charge for the changed service plus AED 150 administration fee. Requested changes cannot be guaranteed. In the event that more than one party is unable to travel due to the death, injury or serious illness, dismissal or jury duty of a customer, immediate family member or friend, the reservation may be reassigned to another suitable person or the date of departure or tour may be changed. Transfer may be possible. Similar standards and similar costs if written notice is confirmed by Fly Too Fly.

If Fly Too Fly issues a refund to a customer, the refund amount will be calculated in accordance with the stated conditions and taking into account evidence of exceptional circumstances. Fly Too Fly  will pay the customer's bank to process the deposited amount instead of paying the fees charged to the customer. Once a hotel reservation is confirmed, Fly Too Fly reserves the right to replace any hotel listed with another hotel of similar category. Hotel reserves the right to close without notice for operational reasons.

TOURISM DIRHAMS

For Dubai hotel accommodation, please note that in order to comply with Dubai Government’s Council resolution No. 2 of 2014, Hotels, Hotel Apartments and Resorts in Dubai will only be applying the “Tourism Dirham Fees” structure effective from March 31, 2014.

For Ras Al Khaimah hotel accommodation, please note that for Hotels, Apartments and Resorts in Ras Al Khaimah only will be applying the “Tourism Dirham Fees” structure. The “Tourism Dirham” will be applied and charged to guests upon check out by the hotel.
